Utilities problem with solar energy

After reading 2 3 articles I figure out the big problem of the utilities with solar energy.
Step 1 When a home owner install a solar pannel, result utilities lose one client.
Step 2 Less cash flow for utilities means higher price for the remaining clients.
Step 3 Higher price means more people will desire and install solar pannels.
Then go back to step 1.

Conclussion I start to understand the fervore of lobiest in the utilities purses.
To bad the history will repeat herself remmber model T and the horse and buggy.
